This course will either help you get a job in a cafe making coffee or improve your existing skills. Modules1 and 2 (see below) Price$275 |  Learn from the pro | Course 2: Barista Basics Develop skill in espresso machine operation and prepare a basic menu of different coffees. Learn about the history and types of coffee. This course will also give you general information about roasting and grinding. Some basic explanation is given about the various components of the coffee machines such as the espresso, plunger, percolator and dripolator. There is also a general review of coffee processing, roasting principles, blending principles and the cleaning process.
